I have just done a similar job which was extracting data from a website and saving it in an excel spreadsheet. This data will be generated through an expensive Web Scraper Software and will have no scope of any manual error. I should take 2 days for data extraction accurately but have kept two extra days for Excel Sheet population as per your rules and regulations Additionally, in future, for same website (assuming website has not changed in look and feel), same number of records will be offered to you for the same set of columns at a reduced rate.
