Small but growing creative company looking for a STRONG LEADER and experienced social media manager who can lead a team of 6 - 8 social media creators. You must know and have at least 5 years of experience with: -Social media content creation -SEO principles -Facebook/Metta -Social media management -Hitting deadlines and metrics -Managing projects -Creating effective post, likes, comments, growing followers, etc. -Canva You must be a great team player But MOST IMPORTANTLY: You must be a strong leader and communicator, and possess the ability to drive a dynamic team of creatives who are all passionate about their mission. You must have a balance of toughness and compassion in leading and mentoring this team. - Leadership abilities to guide and motivate the team. - A knack for digital marketing and social media strategy. You must already have at least 1 full year of experience leading a team of 5 or more people in a professional capacity. It does not need to have been a social media team, but that would be even better. You'll be reporting and interfacing directly with the CEO. This opportunity has TREMENDOUS growth potential. The company already has a track record and a following, but is poised for tremendous growth in the coming years. This could be that dream gig you have been looking for. The environment is fun, flexible and creative. The CEO cares very much about his people, is filled with integrity and takes a collaborative approach to the work.
