Description if of the role: -You will manage local clients’ ad accounts (campaign setup, management, scaling, copywriting, etc.) -There will be team meetings 1-2 times a week where we will go over goals for the week/month and our progress. -Starting out, you will be paid on a per month per client basis. After the trial period, you’ll be taken on full-time with a premium salary. Opportunities for lots of growth are available such as getting a percentage of the client’s retainer + base pay. -Do consistent research on ads on Facebook ad library or use any tool on what currently working in the market and how we can implement that for our clients. -Attend new client onboarding and reporting calls. -Communicate through Slack & Asana with the team and clients. Lead quality is the biggest issue we are currently facing for our clients, we can share ideas and implement them in a more effective way. We know by asking questions we can increase the lead quality, we want more lead volume for less cost in highly competitive states like CA, AZ FL, etc. Our world is built on the realization of ideas. Entrepreneurs have ideas they bring to the market and have huge impacts on people’s everyday life. That is truly a beautiful thing. What’s not so attractive are the great ideas that die. The ideas that could rapidly, positively change how we live. There are entrepreneurs out there who have great products but don’t know how to sell them at scale. That’s where we come in. we take over the advertising efforts of top-notch Local businesses especially solar companies so that they will focus on just closing qualified leads and appts.
