Our agency is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team. The Graphic Designer will collaborate with the creative team to execute projects for clients across healthcare, construction, home improvement, technology services, and more. Graphic Designer responsibilities: - Design full websites, web banners, social media ads, print ads, brochures and collateral, email marketing pieces, landing pages, brand identity and brand guidelines, logos and more - Understanding of layout and UX design principles including of typography, composition and use of color - Ensure consistency across deliverables for each campaign - Add conceptual thinking to a design, and ability to design out of conceptual thought - Communicate clearly with design management, brand navigation, other brand artists and clients about your work Graphic Designer background: - 4+ years experience as a designer in-house or within an agency - Versatile portfolio of print, digital, outdoor, branding, etc. - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Photoshop, XD, Illustrator, etc) or similar design tools - Knowledge and use of Figma - Knowledge of current design trends and fresh layout - Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus, but not required Necessary Soft Skills - Ability to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks efficiently - Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task, work independently and learn technical information quickly - Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy - Critical thinker and UX Design problem solver
