Please look at figure 1 of [login to view URL] Set up a Excel spreadsheet to duplicate the calculations. It is not clear what discount rate is used (you will have to figure it out with trial and error). Do not use Excel's NPV function. Do the NPV calculation using the basic math (so I see how it is done). Provide a online reference for these calculations or pages from some book. I expect this to take approx. one hour of your time. Please bid on it only if you are familiar with the concepts. Also, I need this done in the next few hours. I expect to pay approx. $15 for the work.
