42847 Flash Template Mod

I am working with a Template Monster Flash driven template, which can be seen on my site at [login to view URL] I need a Flash Guru to make changes made to the template as follows: -The opening box needs to be the "Business" image gallery head, instead of "Wedding" -The mouse over scroll on the pictures needs to be moved to the bottoms of the images and not be across the faces, in all of the "Portfolio" top images -There is a small(greyish) box that appears to the left of the movie when loading then all the time at higher resolutions. It needs to be removed. -"About me(us)" needs to be shuffled to the third button position & "Exhibitions" eliminated. -In the second button position, I need the "Portfolio" area duplicated, with 2 of the gallery heads functioning like the first four, leading to internal gallery pages(within the Flash site), and the second two leading out to static html pages within our site. Labelled in the menu as "More" -Inside the galleries themselves, I need to display additional images in three of the four existing galleries(they just shuffle on "next" right now) and two in the new second portfolio page. -There is an image thumb in "Weddings"(bottom left) that is not functioning properly, although the file is in the library. -Anything outside of the gallery images that has the effect(mouseover) on them that implies a larger image on click, needs to have that effect removed. For example our logo in the gallery pages or any of the pictures in the "About me" section. -"Contact" has a form in it, would like that to email to our cs box. I will handle all the images and text replacement, just need the skeleton to be shaped to our needs. I will need to see examples of your work, Flash specific and hopefully a modification of a template. Payment will be made when all of the above changes have been made in a working Flash file delivered back to us. The same person that modifies this will be used to make changes to the other sections of our site as we revamp those.
