Flash COmmunity Site

PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY BEFORE BIDDING/PLEASE PM ME ALL INFORMATION. Hello All: I am in need of several things that require design—or shall I say, re-design, but am only looking for 1 person or 1 business that is skilled in all of the areas that my company needs for them to be skilled in. The reason in which I am looking for one company is because I believe in building long-term work relationships, and am not looking to outsource to a bunch of people, because that, in my opinion, may confuse things. Below is what I am in need of. This will be a brief synopsis, as I will provide at length details to the person who is selected for the job. We would need to be able to go in and do updates ourselves, but will certainly need whoever’s hired for consultations, so it would not be a one time thing—as stated, we’re looking for someone that can build a long-term work relationship with us. SAMPLES OF WORK MUST BE PROVIDED…AT LEAST FOR THE FLASH/HTML WEBSITES & THE SOCIAL NETWORKING WEBSITE. WE ARE WILLING TO OFFER MORE MONEY ONCE ADVERTISERS COME IN FOR A PERIOD OF TIME…THIS WOULD BE OFF OF THE NETWORKING WEBSITE. Social Networking Site (MySpace Resemblance): Along the lines of MySpace, but this will be a niche website—the exact layout will be given to you by us. When we say MySpace, we mean a lot of the functionality, but do not worry, we’re not trying to be like MySpace…but we need to be able to offer a lot of the functionality as MySpace. We know that there are an abundance of software that are popping up, that will allow you to create a social networking website on your own, but a lot of them still do not offer some of the functionality—this will be a music oriented website, so we need those capabilities ( a complete outline will be provided to whoever obtains the job). We would be willing to give additional funds in advertisement dollars, as they would come in for maybe a 6 month period, once we’re up and running, and contingent upon when we make revenue (this is a possibility). Magazine: We have a digital online magazine that is currently using software to allow the pages to flip, but we would like for someone to create for us our very own magazine template (samples will come for whoever acquires the project). Presently, readers have to download a reader, but we would like for our readers, once they subscribe, to be able to just simply read the magazine and flip pages w/o needing a reader. Then magazine will have pages just like a regular print mag, as it does now. Just more of our twist to it & a navigational bar. We would also need a Flash (or what appears to be flash—may just be updated HTML work—the newer kind) homepage website to house the magazine… the website would consist of about 5 additional pages…that we would look to open up on the main homepage…a page about our mission, about us, subscribing—etc. We would also need a subscription (password) gate created, so that we can have subscribers & keep track of who is subscribing. This site will need to be updated with each issue—the monthly cover and the features, but we’re looking to be able to do that from the backend (we’ll show you our website as it presently is, so that you can see what we’re referencing). AGAIN, this is an actual magazine template that will need to be created, plus the site to house it… 1 Intro Page: That will allow people to get to all of our sites from this page, if they choose to…we would also need a bit of animated graphics on the page (will give a description of what we’re talking about to whoever obtains job). 1 Informational Website: General website that would showcase our media services. This site would be nothing spectacular, but fit in with all of our other websites. So, this is a project that we’re looking for to be up and running by the winter of ’06, and is a project that we have laid the groundwork for, and will have everything, including samples for you to view to get a feel of where we are trying to go…we’ll make sure that the blueprint is very clear.
