Letter head and legal complaint Word templates

We are an immigration law firm, [login to view URL] in Oakland, CA. We have some document templates (Word) that we need help refining/polishing. This involves both designing the look and also ensuring the Word document templates function properly/ideally. One is our company letterhead. We like the way it looks but there are bugs with it--for example it sometimes repeats the logo on page 2. We intend for it to just have the page number and website on pages 2+. The logo is currently located in the header of the Word file but some users have created their own versions by cutting the logo and pasting into a text box, which then sometimes causes weird text flow issues. Another issue is the text in the attached version sometimes flows too close to the logo. We have another similar letterhead that includes a QR code for our Google Reviews page (a mono and color version) that similarly need sto be fixed. Another template is a legal complaint. This is a legal pleading template (the document with vertical lines on both sides of the page and numbered lines 1-28 on the left). I created our template as a temporary solution so it needs work. The vertical lines on the page are not the same width and they are also not precisely vertical. The table containing the name of plaintiff and defendant needs to be reviewed for any formatting issues. Generally that seems to be working. It needs to be reviewed to make sure there are not any issues such as inconsistency of page numbers or the template elements between page 1 and the remainder. I feel like sometimes it has been possible to accidentally erase or paste over the template elements (This might be when changing the name of the client in the footer on pages 2+). It would be nice to not be able to delete the vertical lines, line numbers, page numbers, or logo. It would also be nice if the name of the case/client and title of the document in the footer auto-updated in pages 2+ once entered in page 1. It would also be nice for the styles to be corrected so there are headings and argument body. I would like to possibly expand our complaint template to include our logo as some law firms have done. They place their logo (and sometimes address) in the lower left corner, lower right, or even on the left margin and turned at a 90 degree angle (text flowing upward). We have some professionally created logos in EPS, PDF, JPG format.
