needed today: google sheets script for extending IMPORTRANGE feature

Hi there, I really would appreciate your help with that today. I need that very urgent until European evening. My budget for that is 50 EUR. Please tell me, if not realistic. I have a google sheets table with 3 sheets inside. tasks: for editing first five columns (blue area). So blue area is only updated in sheet “tasks” customer1: for editing columns F and ongoing (green area) customer2: for editing columns F and ongoing (green area) All sheets have fixed 5 columns and a fixed first header-line. My goal is, that every change I do inside the blue area in sheet “tasks” is automatically shown within the blue areas of sheets “customer1” and “customer2”. For that I am using =IMPORTRANGE("sheetid";"tasks!A:E") within sheets “customer1” and “customer2”, which is working quite good, if I edit existing tables. My problem is, that if am adding or deleting rows to blue area in sheet “tasks”, that these lines are not added/deleted within green areas, although I need these changes there, too! The result is, that the data in green areas does not fit to the entries of blue part. That’s why I need another solution than =IMPORTRANGE or a script that is pushing or pulling the green data up and down. Somewhere I’ve read, that an id column could help, that’s why I’ve added that as prepration.
