WE are an internet startup and have found a grant opportunity from the US Dept. of Health and Human Services that looks to be an excellent opportunity. Full details of the grant can be downloaded from: [login to view URL] Prior to any work commencing, we require: 1. Brief description of your overall experience and SUCCESS in grant writing. 2. Brief description of your SPECIFIC experience with grants from U.S. Dept. of Health and Human Services or, as a second option, agencies that you can present a case are "similar in nature/set-up" enough that your experience/success with that agency may be directly applicable. 3. Your "success rate" as an empirical measurement: # of grants accepted divided by # of grants worked on **If you do have specific experience (grants written/accepted by USHHS), please submit BOTH your "success rate" in overall grant writing and specifically with USHHS. If not, simply submit your overall "success rate". 4. Your hourly rate AND your estimate for the project...making sure to INCLUDE any/all prerequisite forms/applications that must be submitted prior to and/or with the grant. 5.
