Need attractive call-to-action graphic banner for a website

Hello I will be launching a new website with a business model where users need to pay 3 types of fees if they want to use the site. They need to pay sign-up fee, monthly fee and annual fee. I will offer the first year fees (so the sign-up, the monthly fee and the annual fee) to the users that subscribe until 28 February. It will be placed in a website homepage, before the footer. In terms of images I leave it to your consideration. If you are interested in this work, and other similars, bid in this project and send a mock-up (you can place a big watermark if you want) I am looking for a hi-quality graphic advertising designer, with reasonable prices for regular work. (i own 600 websites) The mock-up is very important, but you should also send a link to portfolio if you have a portfolio that is attractive, if not, its better if you dont send it. I believe that the project is very clear, if you have doubts, please place them in a message before you create the mock-up. But the second message should be the mock-up.
