Build a Website for an Entertainer

Looking for a professional to build a web site that is going to be used for by a small entertainment business for showing what services they can provide for people. I will give you a good example of the type of the website I would like to have built, and tested. Some examples are below: [login to view URL] The content and pictures are going to be different and I will need your graphic design skills to make sure it does not look identical to the examples that I have provided. I will provide most of the pictures and text. Graphics and animations you will need to build yourself. It needs to load very fast (even on a smartphone), be visually attractive, have contact form on the page, and this project needs to be done before November 24, 2014 Please tell me, realistically if you can do this project, and if it can be done in time.
