MY WORKSHOP (HIGHER BUDGET)

Before we explain the business, I have attached a wireframe and full briefs here in a zip folder. We are on a bootstrap budget, so we have designed our briefs to roughly fit a customised Wordpress theme (we don't have a specific one in mind). If certain parts of our brief are incompatible with a low budget, please advise. There are still some assets we need to supply, including logo, photos and illustrations - which are coming in a week or so - but the briefs will be enough to get a costing immediately. The Business Our platform is kind of like a low-tech Air BnB. We help people who want something made pair up with people who make it. It is aimed at larger deals – so mainly B2B. We also help guide the process of making it – as it can often be complicated. For example, an interior designer might have a design for a set of ballasts he wants made, and requires high quality craftsmanship. The designer, however, won’t know where to look to get this made. He might have to scout for a metalworker who can make it. He will also have to take time to manage the metalworker and the project. He may also need expertise on technical questions the metalworker might have. Luckily, using our website the designer only has to upload their design and we do the rest, and deliver the finished product to his office.
