Improving appearance of a digital magazine

I just finished a preliminary draft of my digital magazine. I used MS Publisher 2013 so Please use MS Publisher so that i can make necessary changes. My magazine has a front cover page, an index page and 8 more ordinary content pages. All content is IN. I will add more pages later but this is enough for you to work on, because, I will use the pages you work on as a template for other pages. What I need from you is, to make it appear more attractive and professional. I am no artist so I did it up to a point only. It looks okay and not ugly but still it must look more professional. If it matters, the subject is high tech electronics, robotics and high tech subjects. You are not adding anything except, for artistic purposes you think adding a shape or picture or text is necessary whereever you think necessary. (if you add a picture you must show me that it has no copyright issues). you can play with all the layout and pages and formatting and colors and fonts as necessary. All is up to you. So here is what you need to deliver: -Make the front cover look more attractive and more importantly, professional. All content is already IN. -Make the inside content pages look more attractive and more importantly, professional. All content is already IN. There are 8 of them. Each has to look different so that I will have 8 inside cover templates too for the future and for other pages I will add myself later.. -Design a back cover page. -Design one inside cover page (for the other inside cover page, I will put an ad so dont worry about that) In the end, this thing has to look like an appealing and professional looking 10 page digital magazine when displayed in pdf. Note that the pictures in the magazine already look attractive. Timing is also important. I will select the candidate on April 17 and the draft product needs to be delivered to me by April 19th at the latest. I will most probably have comments and changes to your draft work, for making it better in the way I like. Expect 3-4 rounds of minor changes. Before giving me final product. Final product is due on April 21, which is a must, as my advertisers are waiting. In your bid, please show me samples from your existing work or your website if you can. Please give me one good fixed price. I am already doing whatever I can, as far as improving the looks, by looking at magazines as examples. So your price needs to be very good, for me to stop doing it myself and assign it to you. Note that if you have a really good pricing and I like your work, I will use you again and it can be a long term deal for you later. I have a news website on this subject since many years, and digital magazine is just starting. If I don't like the prices here, I will not award anything.
