Every user will have 200-300 simultaneous connections where the presenter will be able to share camera, video, audio, share screen, drawings to the participants. The webinar platform should be compatible with Android/iPhone devices. When the appropriate freelancer is found we will write down an analysis of all requireements so we can commit on a final word document of requirements. This should be a project that will need a team like this: 1 very high skilled english fluent developer (probably 8-10 years experience) and Analyst and probably 2 more persons full time for 3 months.
