Build a Website

Details: To develop a funding request application and database system where applicants fill up a form on the website to apply for the grant. The front end of the website will be designed internally by us on Wordpress platform. Backend development aspect covers 3 components as follows: 1) Forms and database. -Preferably an extension to Contact Form 7 where users and applicants submit application forms for grants, feedbacks and survey. -Submitted application forms, feedbacks survey will be stored and saved to database. Something similar to this plugin but preferably to a different separate database from the Wordpress database: [login to view URL] 2) Forum and discussion panel. -A separate wordpress site where users consisting of Chairman, committee members, and partners come on board to discuss applications that was made. -Every application made through the forms above will form a thread based on data from the database stated in point no. 1 for discussion by the users. -Chairman and committee members can initiate discussion on an application where application status will indicate In Progress. -Upon coming to a decision, the Chairman will either Approve or Reject application and indicate how much funding will be granted -Application thread will then reflect the status accordingly in the thread as well as in the database -Application threads can be archived and stored for future viewings of past records. -A forum for general discussions where users can discuss on matters apart from grant application -A section for documents can be uploaded and viewed/downloaded by members and partners. -Built on BBPress if possible. 3) Business Intelligence and Reporting. -Integration of WP Business Intelligence Plug In ([login to view URL]) Please advise estimated cost, duration and man hours required for this project.
