Design a Website Mockup

We are open to ideas. We are looking for a development firm that will allow us to have nearly full control of the website after completion of being built. We like to keep everything we do in-house. Ideally need a custom built website using wordpress themes genesis or thesis. We do not have any coders in-house, so we are seeking help from outside sources to help from that standpoint and code a website that can be fully optimized for improved user usability, conversion results and tracking, google adwords and google analytics tracking. Our main concerns are: Updating the site so that visitors can find what they are looking for quickly (search bar capabilities) Ease of navigation and user experience Conversion-focused, so not only user-centric but focusing on guiding them/driving them down a conversion funnel of the following conversions +shop online/add to shopping cart/place order +call our phone line +request a quote +leave their data (contact info: name, email address, phone, area of interest/brief message) We want a website that we can enter the google analytics code into to track all pages We want to have access to a content management system where we can update on product development, respond to offline questions in a public response, and provide articles to better serve our clients. Potentially look into having a chat now option on our site (not sure about fees on that capability). Others are open source, however they charge $100 additional for every update, which we want to stay away from, we would like to have a better partnership with a company that wouldn't charge for minor coding updates. That being said, if everything is done right in the project, we shouldn't have to update codes too often. I am content with the design of the website but I'm not well-versed in knowing how design affects user-experience nor user-action. I also know that we need to provide new images for all products in the shopping cart. I can work and provide labor with and for your team at a micro level (exception of coding) to help provide all that you would need to help bring costs down. website is [login to view URL]
