Graphic Designer needed to design a creative eye-catching campaign design "Drive into Summer!"

Our company collects used clothes and shoes for reuse. We are working with Schools K-12, offering them an opportunity to participate in a clothing drive contest. The schools to collect the most pounds within 30 days will win grand cash prizes. I need a design for this contest. The name of the contest is "Drive into Summer" The meaning of this is, Drive would have double meaning of a clothing DRIVE and also Driving away from school since the school year is over and into the summer. Many people get rid of outgrown clothes at the end of the school year so it should make sense to them. The schools earn cents on the pound but also win extra cash. What I envision is a convertible car with bags of clothes stacked on the trunk, sunny background with maybe palm trees, a school somewhere in the far distance with our bin (this is where they put the clothing bags into) I will attach an image of this. I'm thinking a fun cartoon style with bright colors will be good to catch the eye. i have attached rough sketch of the scene you are suppose to make .hope you understood .
