Real Estate Spec Sheet

CREATE TWO SPEC SHEETS for a house that is being put up for sale. DEADLINE: I would like to have VERSION ONE completed by the end of Tuesday, November 3rd. Please provide me with examples of 1-page PDF brochures that you have done. Real estate type is a PLUS. VERSION ONE: This will be a 1-page PDF for PRINT. • A mock-up will be provided. However, use your professional and creative judgement to make the design look balanced and to create a “high-end impression”. Exact address details will be provided after the project has been awarded. • HD photos will be provided. Slight cropping or design adjustments to the photos might be necessary. A link to a Google Drive folder will be provided once the project has been awarded. • I will provide feedback as you work on VERSION ONE. • Once we are “almost-finished” page, I will share it with my colleague. At that point, there might be minor adjustments of text and/or photos. VERSION TWO: This will be for a 2-page PDF, either for print or digital use. • The same information will be used with minimal modification or additions. • The purpose of VERSION TWO is to provide a less “busy” look and feel. • Because there will be more space, the design of VERSION TWO can be different than the presentation style of VERSION ONE. You have creative flexibility. • We will not work on VERSION TWO until VERSION ONE is 100% done. Good communication and quick turn-around of work is a must. I prefer to work with one designer, not a big company. My time zone is EST (New York City time zone). NOTE: I have further information that I would like to compile regarding this house. I hope to rehire after a successful collaboration for the SPEC SHEETS for additional work.
