Renegade modification to a posted notice.

A one page notice about testing the building's fire system was posted in our elevator. I would like to make minor changes to the notice and post it back in the elevator as a joke. The joke copy must be appear in the same format as the original. The work involves modifying the text of the notice by cut and pasting words and letters into new locations. I did this myself on the first version by using Microsoft Paint. This next version of the joke requires a few more words to be added then I have time to do myself. The new posting is attached in [login to view URL] and I added the new characters and you need to do the formatting. It needs to look as much like the original as possible. I highly suggest you do the work by cutting and pasting the necessary letters and words into the right place. Alright then, I can't seem to upload the file attachments.
