Upgrade a Cordova 2.9 application to Cordova 6.1

I have a mobile application, written using Cordova 2.9.0 (HTML5/JS/CSS) using the Xcode development environment, targeting iOS, Android and Windows, and distributed via the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store (it was not distributed to Windows Mobile users). The Apple and Android app stores will no longer accept this application for submission as Cordova 2.9.0 is no longer a supported platform. To allow submission to the Apple and Android App Stores, I require the application to be upgraded to Cordova 6.1.0. Upgrading Cordova to version 6.1.0 will require dependent third party plug-ins to also be upgraded, or where an upgrade path does not exist, suitable replacements found and incorporated. I also wish to take the opportunity to upgrade the solution to Xcode 8. There are no functional application changes required. However, where a supporting plug-in is upgraded or replaced, it is likely the application code will require minor modification to work with the upgraded/replaced libraries. Details of the work required can be found in the attached document. An NDA will be required to be signed prior to release of the source code. *** IMPORTANT NOTE ***: This will be a fixed price job.
