A stylish website for a local construction and design company. The website is to be designed in pure HTML, CSS and JavaScript. CMS technologies shall not be used. This is a very design-conscious project. The company wants its corporate website to aspire to the following websites: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] The company wants its website to follow its design guidelines: [login to view URL] Some info on the company: [login to view URL] The website will be based on the accompanied template (see the attached files). Additional pages which show company projects and testimonials will have separate pages. The template is only a starting point. It is by no means perfect. Changes need to be made to it so that its visuals are appealing and suitable for clear reading. If necessary we will buy the licence to the template. If we can come up with a website which is independent of the JS, CSS and assets contained in it, it will be better. The project shall be done in the following stages: 1. Come up with a dummy web site with dummy content and pages so that we can make a design proposal. (50USD) 2. Fill the website with actual data from the company. (30USD) 3. Final touches and optimization for live hosting. (20USD) (Sorry guys. We have a tight budget.) We are a software development company. We are looking for someone to work with on a long term basis for our projects. Successful partner may have a chance to become our long term partner.
