Web app for MS WORD Document file Tag editing

Please read the full text before responding. DO NOT PROVIDE ANY IRREVENT INFO, ONLY SPECIFIC TO THIS PROJECT. Build a Proof of Concept (POC) that has the ability to create & edit intelligent tags on a MS WORD Documents Use 2 samples of each of versions MS Office /Word 2003 to latest for the Proof of Concept (POC). The intelligent tag (or Meta tag) will 'contain' 2 types of data each - A numeral & a string variable type. Also build a Visual Studio container app using HTML5 MVC so following can be done via web browser with the tags on the Word Document. This VS sample/test app also can show the tag contents & be able to change the contents. The reference & contents of the tags & the WORD Doc file specs will be stored in a database table in the MS SQL server. When a selected WORD Doc. is opened in a Web form (HTML5), the tags are 'created' on the WORD file from the associated data in MS SQL Server. User may click on the tags area (change mousepointer when the mouse hovers over the tag area) on WORD Doc and the related data from the database pops up in a pop up. The changes to the tag data may be carried out via the pop-up also. Any editing (location, contents, size etc.) about the tags may be carried out graphically via the VS form & relevant data saved back to the database. The apps should be video resolution & browser agnostic. Use of any non MS products (except any viewer ) in the provided solution, will be discouraged. All the source codes will become our property. Do not respond if you are NOT serious. The work needs to be finished within 1 week of award, else it will cause losses for us due to delay.
