I'm in need of an experienced appointment setter to manage and schedule less than 10 consultation appointments on a daily basis with small to mid-sized companies ranging from 100-300 employees. You will be contacting Human Resources department heads (Director of HR, Benefits Manager, Wellness Coordinator, Corporate Wellness Manager) promoting the wellness program solutions that we offer. Your goal is to schedule a consultation. Ideally, you should have: - Familiarity in the corporate wellness industry or corporation hierarchy - Excellent organizational skills to effectively track and manage schedules. - Proficiency in using appointment scheduling software (Zoom, HubSpot or similar) - Strong communication skills in order to professionally and smoothly set up the appointments The consultation appointments to be scheduled are vital for my operation, so your attention to detail will be key. Your flexibility would also be appreciated if there's need for rescheduling of any appointments at any time. Priority given to candidates live in the state of NJ.
