HR and Recruitment expert required as long term virtual assistant.
Your task as our HR consultant is to keep filling open employee / contract positions at either our Corporate House in Ahmedabad or work from home in their own cities.
1 - 15 Marketing Interns: INR 20000 Package: INR 7000 fixed + INR 13000 performance variable per month (detailed break down available as part of offer)
Must Have: Very high on ethics and moral. Vegetarian. Non-alcoholic. Non-smoking. High Marketing and Sales orientation. Excellent communication skills. Outstanding resume. MBA/BBA/BCOM/BSC/BA/BE. Must be willing to sign 6 months bond if asked.
2 - 3 Graphics Designers/ Creative Directors: INR 30000 fixed
Must Have: Very high on ethics and moral. Vegetarian. Non-alcoholic. Non-smoking. At least 4 years experience. UI Visualizer. Flash. Photoshop. 2D/3D Animation. Creative presentations. Creative copy writing. Web 2.0, AJAX, Websites, Products UI design and template creations, HTML, Javascript, CSS.
3 - 1 Creative Content Writer - INR 30000 fixed
Must Have: Very high on ethics and moral. Vegetarian. Non-alcoholic. Non-smoking. At least 4 years experience in Intro Letter writing, Proposal writing, Tender writing and filing, Thinker and visualizer, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Charts, Tables, Diagrams, News Letters, Press releases, website content, presentations.
On completion of this full project with 100% success...you will get USD 400 bonus through VW. If you manage to get 30 Interns recruited, you will get USD 600 bonus.
You will be provided with all the detailed literature about the company and positions.
You should have all necessary HR tools pre - required including packages to recruitment sites, access to hr forums, job sites, maximum access to potential target employees.
Task complete when guys physically join at office.
An easy task for somebody who knows his/her stuff.
