Illustrate outdoor space or park to convey possible design

I'm creating an outdoor public space/park to be used for fairs, events and food truck gatherings. Looking for someone to look at the rough drawing and design something that can convey the idea via a fun illustration. Looking for 3 or 4 illustrations of the area. Attached is a very rough idea of what I have in mind. ( forgive me ) Also attached is the style of illustration I was looking for. Does not have to be exactly like it, just something fun. Would like to get different views of the space. ( above, from road, inside ) Note: - Basically, this will be a large round patio(uncovered) area where food trucks or vendors can setup around it. ( unable to provide dimensions at this time ) - Space area will be simple with some grass and trees. - The patio area will be round and slightly elevated from the road where trucks or vendors are parked. ( cobblestones) - Food trucks or fair vendors will setup around the round patio. - Some chairs/tables/umbrellas will be setup on the patio. - Walls/Retaining would probably be stone blocks or pavers. - A sign above the gate with the name " Rodeo Plaza ". ( would the file type that the illustration be created on allow me to edit the name of the sign? ) File type: Any file type that can be easily enlarged and printed.
