Project aims to construct a modern, eco-friendly tourist residence. It will comprise approximately 12 units spread over three levels (basement, ground floor, and first floor).
Each unit will include living areas, kitchenettes, bedrooms, and terraces with sea and airport views.
A unique identity for each unit will be created with names inspired by local spices, offering a distinctive experience.
Designs are required for four distinct areas:
Type T1 Apartment (Single/Couple Occupancy):
Kitchen Appliances: Compact refrigerator, two-burner induction cooktop, microwave oven, coffee machine and kettle.
Smart TV.
2. Type T2 Apartment (Single/Couple Occupancy):
Kitchen Appliances: Medium-sized refrigerator, two-burner induction cooktop, microwave oven, coffee machine and kettle.
Smart TV.
3. Type T3 Apartment (Large Family/Group Occupancy):
Kitchen Appliances: Medium-sized refrigerator, two-burner induction cooktop, microwave oven, coffee machine and kettle.

4. Lobby Area:
Reception Technology: Digital check-in kiosk and digital displays for information and promotion.
Lounge Area Appliances: Automated coffee machine, water dispenser.
Theme: Modern and class with a touch of local Mayotte culture = Swahili culture.
