SEO: 10 PR5+ links to my site(repost)

I’m looking for someone who can get 10 very good quality links to my site. Experience will be the main factor in choosing a bidder. ## Deliverables ** ATTENTION!** You should not spam site owners to get these links. You can use automated tools to find pages and emails given keywords, PR and Alexa Rank restrictions. But, you should personalize email to site owners so that it doesn't look like spam. This means manual emails only. Here are the minimum **requirements**: **Strong links** • From PR5+ pages; checked with tools like [login to view URL] • Maximum 30 external links per page • I will provide a document with possible titles and descriptions that you can use. I will like a unique title/description for each one of the links. • PageRank should be transmited by the links: no http/meta-refresh/javascript redirects, rel="nofollow" or cloaking • Page domain should have a lower value for Alexa traffic rank than 200,000 • On static pages only **Related to my site** • The pages containing the links back to my site should be strongly related to my site; some example categories are: image resizing, photography software tools or image galleries/wallpapers • English sites exclusively **No spam links** • White-hat techniques only • No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges • No sites made specifically for adsense or other advertisement networks • No link schemes, you are not permitted to submit my site to any reciprocal linking services such as [login to view URL], etc. • Not to be obtained through email/other spamming method • No gambling/adult/piracy or other offensive/illegal sites • No blog spam • No forum signatures, except if I will own the account afterwards • All links must be on actual functional websites i.e. not from guest books, fake article submissions **Permanent links** • One way, no reciprocal; sites must not be promised links back from mine • No pages that will expire after a certain time (ads, review pages etc.) • You must provide one year guarantee of all links submitted; I’ll test them after 2 weeks • On domains that are at least 1 year old • No orphaned link pages; Must be linked from the home page, even if not directly • No [login to view URL] exclusion rules for the link pages **Unique links** • One link per domain • Domain must not already link to my website **How you will work** • at most 1 link added per day • Get a total of 10 links to my site • Create a report for each 2 pages on which you could place a link to my site • I will verify these, then you will place the links. I reserve the right to reject sites that do not meet the terms and you will be given the option to replace these links • You will get paid after each batch of accepted links; they will need to be active for at least two weeks after placement so that I can verify to some amount their permanency **Reports will contain** • Alexa traffic rank for domain • The URL of the page where my link is placed • The PR of the page • Anchor text used and description Reply describing how you will do the job, and time required.
