Java Web Browser embedding form MAC and Windows

I need a cross-platform Java application written in Netbeans to embed IE for Windows (or Safari for MAC when ran on a MAC) and display a simple form with a TextField address bar and the browser embeded below it in a JPanel component. When a URL is provided in the address bar the embeed browser opens that URL. When the user clicks on a link on the page an event is triggered with the URL. Supported OS verrsions: All Windows version from XP and above. MAC: Leopard and Snow Leopard Java: Java SE 6
