Simple MPEG-TS decoder using FFMPEG (C++)

Hi! Can do the C++ program with FFMPEG to decode the MPEG-TS stream do you just need the plain YUV data into a file as the basefile you showed? Will start right now and do it in Linux, you tell me if I can use C++14/C++11 stuff on this or not, or if it will be deployed on another OS like Windows. Thanks for reading! - Vinicius

having experience on hardware Encoder/Decoder using Webrtc Native library. also able to work with FFMPEG library. can work with RTP Packetizer of different Codec Type.
