121347 Traffic Advertisement Site

Hello, I want to create a web site to offer advertisement to other net marketers. The index/main/home page is like [login to view URL] but with a few modifications. 1- The visitor can bid for the space. Meaning that if the space is occupied the visitor can make a higher bid and replace the advertisement with his. The advertisement of the outbidding will move instantly to a lower position (lower on the page) The out bidden users ad will go to the next space sorted by $$$ amount. 2- Each box or position has to display the current bidding price to win the position and a small form to place bid and name... 3- When bidding for the first time the member has to fill a form to create his free membership... Like any other bidding site like EBay or Scritplance. 4- The site has to have a counter at the top of page to show total visitors to the site. 5- Each ad space or position has to have a counter to display total hits (click thru) to the ad. So any visitor can see the effectiveness of the ad space (position) and urge him to place the bid. 6- The process of bidding, paying and uploading the ad has to be made by the user (automatically). 7- The owner of the space will receive an instant notification of his ad space being out bidden and won by another user so he can take action and compete for the position (Like EBay). 8- The outbidding user has a certain time frame to bid and keep his ad position or he will lose it. 9- Each of the Top Position Ad Spaces will also have text ad spaces for a liner or title with link through to their site. They can use it to advertise other of their businesses or resell the to another user and make money too. 10- The left side of the page will have a vertical banner to sell advertisement too. 11- The design of the page is very specific based on an idea I have, but now I can not offer more details... I will explain in full later. 12- User will have a mail box and can invite other members to join their groups (network). User can accept, reject or block the invitations. 13- Members will have a profile page with picture and post like My Space ... 14- Members can email the members that accepted to join their group. 15- Users will have an ad space at their profile for other members to visit... 16- Each time a user visits other user's ad space he earns credits. The credits earned can be used for advertising at the free safelist and surfer page or for paying the other users to see their profile ad space (15). 17- The mailer safelist is free to use but it is credit based... Free members need credits to use the free safelist. (I have the safelist script... you only have to integrate to the site). 18- The Surfer page is also free for all members... But credit based. Free members need credits to use the Surfer. (I have the surfer script... you only have to integrate to the site). 19- Each members will get his own affiliate URL to promote and win credits each time they make a referral. 20- Each user's referral will instantly form part of their down line or network. Therefore, the can send messages to the referrals mail box. 21- A premium membership will also be available for a monthly subscription fee... This will give 5 times more amount of credits each month to use on the different services. 22- Admin will offer a solo ad feature to sell it to user for an additional price established by admin. 23- Members will earn credits for clicking the link in the Solo ad. Amount of earned credits per mail (Solo ad received) also established by admin. Stats of earning will be available at user's profile page and can be used to either pay bids on Ad positions, buying advertisement, paying for solo ads. (I have a sample site you can see for reference). 24- Create a page where the admin can post a review of the best Traffic Program on the Net. It will be on a "count down" style... Sorted from 1 for the best.... To 100... (I have a sample site you can see for reference). This is only for premium members to access. Premium members can also vote once for the traffic sites at the list. Maybe using some kind of a "star classification". 1 star for the lowest and 10 for the highest vote. 25- The site must be interactive and fun for the users! The programmer must be capable of delivering these tasks and be a good designer. I have several sites that you can see for ideas/ input on the features needed to be created for this project. I am very excited about this project... But my budget is a little tight!
