Text-to-Speech solution for a small Jquery/Javascript web project

Your requirements could met easily using php and/or javascript/jQuery using one of the free text-to-speech engines available on the internet. It would be only in the male voice, but If the female voice is needed badly, it could be manged. But I need little clarification for this job, like you want some kind of interface where you just put you put your speech then you select appropriate voice (Male/Female) then press a button, and you got the audio file... Google Translate, without a doubt has the highest quality TTS (text to speech) API. But it's available only with Female voice. I would use google's TTS API (for female). I have picked a few Male TTS APIs, I can send you a few samples so you can decide which one you would want to pick. I might have to dig a little into the JS module to make some adjustments to the timings between different outputs of text based on it's length etc, so that the entire process goes smoothly. It should take between 10-20 days. I have set 14 days in the bid for the proof of concept i.e as in a working model (This is where most freelancers would collect theirs fees and close the project) but I would like another 6 days for improving it's efficiency in all possible way with/without feedback from you.(There is where I would close the project and ask you to review/recommend me :P) I hope you find what you're looking for.
