Need someone with top notch CSS & Javascript/Ajax Skills

I'm currently working on an online PHP/MySQL application and am looking for someone who has excellent front end skills, e.g., CSS and JavaScript. Regarding CSS: Right now, the styles work reasonably well in Firefox on the PC, but it breaks in quite a few places in IE and there's also at least one problem I know of in Firefox Mac. I have an alternative stylesheet (with <!--[if IE ]> tag) but it obviously needs some work. I need someone who can rework the CSS so it displays as consistently as possible across various browsers (IE, Firefox, Safari, possibly Opera, etc., including older versions) and platforms. The "older version" thing is essential because the target audience is likely to be using older browser versions. There's one place where I think the CSS is rendering some tab links not functional in IE. That MAY be a Javascript issue but I really think it's a CSS problem. Regarding Javascript: At this point I'm using straight Javascript on the site - and some of it is done poorly - but eventually I want to convert the site to Ajax. Right now, all I want done with the Javascript is just to make sure it works correctly, make minor tweaks, etc. If all goes well with the CSS part, though, this could evolve into a much larger project of converting major parts of the app to Ajax. The current bid is primarily for the CSS. I'd like to take bids on the project today for someone who could start tomorrow (Fri) or Sat and work over the weekend. Weekend work isn't an essential - finding an excellent CSS person is a higher priority. But if I can find an excellent CSS person who can also work over the weekend, so much the better. Once I hire you, I can be more specific about the fixes I'm aware of that need to be taken care of and would also like input from you.
