Create A Custom Photoshop Script

I'm using Windows 10 64-bit and Adobe Photoshop Version: 21.0.1 20191106.r.47 2019/11/06: 3152b481f18 x64. The script must be made using Javascript. I may want to use it in the future on the Mac computer. I need a Photoshop Script that can automatically copy text from a document of my choosing like notepad and paste it into Type layers in Photoshop. Each Type layer will be uniform and have the same font style, font size, etc. One Type layer will already exist in Photoshop to set the standard for the other Type layers to have the same font size and font style. The Script will need to duplicate this Type layer X amount of times according to the contents of the notepad document. (The notepad can have for example 100 lines of names.) The Script will also need to rename the Type layer with the current line of information of the notepad document.
