Develop a multilevel star graph

I need to integrate in my web site a visual representation of a multilevel connection graph (like a star graph). I need a developer who builds a star graph with 7 levels of connections. - 1 root node - N child nodes can be connected to the root node - each child node can have many child nodes - each node will have 1 name associated - nodes will be limited to the 7th node far from the root - nodes can have different colors. I will provide the HTML of the page where the graph will have to be embedded. There is a speific DIV BOX where the graph will have to appear. I will provide the root/child-nodes structure in the manner the developer prefers (including the name and the color of the node). The preferred method is to build it using SVG, but it could be also in Javascript if SVG is not possible. Please check the attached image as an example
