Magento upgrade

1 - I need an option to offer free gift for every order the free gifts will be based on the order total before shipping I.e if order total is more then 200 ils (Israel new shakel) then he can choose free gift from the list if the order total is more then 500 ils he can choose from other free gifts ( please see attach image for example) [login to view URL] 2- add the paypal option plus credit guard I have all files for credit guard 3- right menu to design and fix it so it will be always on top of right side and fix other modules on right side maybe move some of them to the left side 4- news later I know there is build in module for newsletter but I want to have the option to mange news later, customers, plus to do some design for newsletter which will be easy to handle 5- I need module for statistic so I will know exactly how many customer visit my store unique visitors, where the customers come from etc 6- I need mirror site for zap please see module and let me know if you can build something similar [login to view URL] 7- I need to be abele to add articles to my site + adding few words and image from each articles to my home page (see attach image for example) [login to view URL] 8- I want to change the size of products box in home page so it will look more professional but I like the size of product images plus to add more products box in home page 9- I want to move logo to the left side and to add some text in header including phone number Facebook logo 10- I want to upgrade magento version to the newest version 11- shipping – I need to able to indicate shipping cost based on the weight of the product plus to offer free shipping for a product when editing or adding new product. 12- I need the option of price match – Basicley there will be a link inside each product which will say "find it cheaper?" and when clicking the link you will be directed to contact form with link to the competitor site, cheaper price, etc.
