Looking for a Latvian person to help me find and contact 5 dog breeders…

I`m looking for a Latvian person that is from Latvia that can help me find and contact some dog breeders and to help me find 5 dog Breeders that are approved for export and to help me order a puppy from them. Once you have found a breeder that is APPROVED FOR EXPORT I have a set of questions I want you to ask them if they are still a fit and you help me order a puppy from them, then the job is completed and you will get paid for that I need to find several breeders though -because I am going to help some families in Norway import a puppy there is probably a database of breeders in Latvia that are approved for export If you are not Latvian do NOT apply for this job, -for this job you need to be from Latvia! and you must be able to make phone calls in order to contact these breeders. So if you are not comfortable making phone calls this job is probably not a good fit
