I need a professional lawyer to draft a demand letter basis on my case. I paid funds for a company to complete a dvd project for my company for a movie. I paid the funds however there is breech of contract from the company's own agreement and terms of policies. The company promised to provide the dvd by 60 days, it has been allready 5 months. The company filmed the dvd incorrect with the wrong lens and wrong methods. We used a movie green screen background and the company promised to send us the final video with the movie with our background. They filmed the product wrong now this is irreversible. I now have a movie with green background and it is not useable because the company did not check to make sure they can edit it. The raw footage is now all garbage and not useable. The drafts, documents, and demand letters must be Canadian and Alberta law specific. I am sueing the company for: not delivering product on time loss of company time wages not earned due to them not providing me the product wages i had to pay to others i have sample legal documents from lawyers in Canada which i will provide you to help guide and aid you with format. Your job is to take all my information and draft a proper court proceeding to file in courts demanding money for loss
