We need some help with data entry into Moodle. We have a list of 28 users and we need to check if they have been entered into our system. If they haven't they need to be entered. If they have then the details need to be checked to make sure they are correct. If users exist on the system that is not in our data files then the users need to be deleted. Finally once the users are uptodate, we have 6 tables in the database, that needs to be updated using CSV upload and PhpMyAdmin and these have additional details for the users but they are stored as simple tables and not in Moodle format.
