Link building to couple of Dutch domains

For a couple of new online shops we’re building we need to gain more backlinks. We’re looking initially for 150 links in 90 days for 3 different URL’s. So that’s 50 per 3 months, it’s very important we do not spam Google, so a couple of links per week only! We need quality and not quantity - NO SPAM, black hat and other unethical SEO techniques. Only white hat methods and ethical work. Backlinks must have minimum PR3 (the rank must be the page where the link is placed). Websites must be Dutch, .NL domains most preferred Link page must already be indexed and cached by Google in the last 30 days No link farms accepted. No links from under construction pages. Should not be excluded by [login to view URL], sitemap or NOINDEX tag, MUST be do follow. No paid traffic sites. One link per domain counted & must have different class C IP addresses for each Backlink pages MUST relate to any of our online store topics: Domain 1: CBD Oil, THC, Cbda, Hemp oil, THC oil, Cannabis, Marijuana, rasta, etc Domain 2: Plant nutrients, Plants, gardening etc. Domain 3: Exhaust fans, Carbon Filters, Extraction Fans etc. Detailed report must contain the following: Date link was placed URL of link page Google PR of the link page Title of link page Number of outbound links from the linked page Anchor Text used for the link Target URL of the link Your bid will be for the 150 links with specifications as above.
