I am very well versed in VPNs and the associated technologies. I would have some questions before we get started about the type of VPN (client to site or site to site) that would be needed. Based on this I would be able to develop a plan to get you what you are looking for. There might be hardware you would need to purchase if looking at a site to site type of VPN so we would need to figure that part out. Depending on what you are trying to accomplish there could be a way to do a VPN within a VPN tunnel, but that might not be necessary. I have personally used VPNs with different streaming services so to come up with the right solution should be quick and easy.
