The objective of the project is to build and implement a dashboard solution for an IT and Network setup by collecting metrics about assets and services and represent them in a dashboard solution. This requires previous good experience on ZaBBIX tool. The solution which will be based on Zabbix tool should: • Develop an independent data warehouse to collect and unify all data from all sources of the network. • Analyze data for each service (services are shown below). • Generate Technical and Administrative indicators. • Generate Key Performance Indicators for each service showing the status of the service. • Keep historical data: ( Daily, weekly, monthly, annually) • Generate indicators and reports to clarify the strength and weakness of each monitored service Description document is attached
