Hi, I am a mechanical engineer and a mathematical modeler with 9 international publications in mathematical modeling of physical systems. I also have 3 year research experience in the field of aerospace and I have even published 2 papers in AIAA one of them titled "solar panel optimization on a geostationary airship". In fact I have also worked on design and conceptualization of a joint Solar powered UAV between IIT Kanpur and NTU Singapore however the project never took off because of funding but I have done the calculations. Hello I am a PhD in aerospace engineering from IISc Bangalore and work in flight mechanics area. I am very much familiar with the fight equations you have shown. However, I have not worked on solar airplane. I am using Matlab for 15 years now. Actually, we can very well do in Matlab itself rather than simulink (all your required output and plots will be provided). Flight mechanics code are available with me in Matlab. I need to plugin only the solar module. Looking forward to work with you in this project. Regards.
