Student Tracking Database

MUST BE ACCESS 2013 Think GRADEBOOK I'm looking to make a program to trackers student's growth. The basic idea is I will have a table for Student info (First, Last, email, etc.), a table for assessments, a table for standards (Math, English, etc.), a table scores, Input: to have a continuous form for simple student info would be great, just first and last name. Then I could access more detail later if needed. Input: a form for Assessments this would be a spot where I could add assessment name, which standard(s) it falls under, max rating (4 points). Input: for scores this ideally would be like a spreadsheet Rows would be student names, columns would be assessments the intersecting "cells" would be the scores. I would love to be able to double in the score cell to access a more detailed form for that student's score, one where I could attach an image as an artifact. Reports: MUST LOOK GREAT! Flashy and print as PDF's Student report would have student name at the top, it would then have the standard (you select with standard you want a report on) and all of the assessments that are in that standard showing the scores. with a dot chart "hopefully" showing growth. Assessment report: you select which assessment you want a report on, It creates a pie graph showing how many 1's you have, 2's, 3's, 4's, it also puts a list of all of the students that scored a 0 in a spot, list of all 1's, etc. Artifacts report: This would print all attachments that are attached to scores. You select student and select the standard, it prints all attachments from that. All artifacts report: This would print all attachments for all students under selected standard. SLIGHT CHANGES MAY BE MADE.
