Set my WordPress Multisite Website on Azure

This is NOT a WordPress website requirement, so, WP developers and Designers, DO NOT BID. I need someone who can set me up on Microsoft Azure. One who is willing to work on a quick in and out style project. I have an Azure account and want to set my WP Multisite website there. I should be able to have access to files using FTP and Database using MySQL (preferably). I know WordPress, but I am not willing to spend time on creating Azure VM, App Services etc. - Need to host WP website on Azure - I should have o Ability to install plugins o Ability to modify database o Ability to download, upload files using FTP - Need someone who can spend a couple of hours with me over screen sharing - I will not be able to share the passwords, hence, you can either do the stuff over screen sharing by taking control or instruct me, I will do the needful - Expected outcome: o When I open [login to view URL] it should open a new WP Multisite installation that we created o I should be able to modify database fields o I should be able to download / upload files using FileZilla As said earlier, need someone who is ready for a quick in-and-out project.
