Probably your External IP is in blacklist then you need make some appropriate procedures for make it white - analyze SMTP code which your SMTP servers receive(User unknown, domain doesn't exist,etc) for exclude appropriate mail addresses for sending. Also probably you need to have SPF and DKIM configuration, and correct PTR-record in DNS for your external IP. So if you need my halp with it - I will be happy to help you just let me know. Alex.

It is likely caused by 1 of 3 things. If the recipients mail server does some SFP checks before accepting e-mail, it could drop the incoming mail due to a missing DNS configuration for a reverse DNS PTR record at your ISP. It could also be because of some junk filter settings at the receipient end, either by their own mail server or client, that is not allowing the e-mails through. The third could be a need for a different outbound transport rule that sends messages to that client's mailserver directly. Any of these scenarios, if it turns out to be 1 of these 3, wouldn't take very long to diagnose and resolve.

Hello, I would like to help you with your email delivery problem. I have several years of experience with MS Exchange 2010, which I implemented and administered in an enterprise environment. There are several possible reasons why your server cannot deliver to the particular domain, and the most likely place you could find the answer is Protocol Logs on your internet-facing Exchange server.
