Photo Editor Android App - repost

Hi, I want a developer to develop photo editor for Android platform (iphone and blackberry next month) with the following features: 1. User can write, scale, rotate text on photos and can delete the text if needed. 2. User can import photo from studio and rotate or mirror the photo. 3. User can change/add text size, color, shadow, opacity, reflection. 4. User can change text font and download more font plugin apps from the market. The app should support Arabic and English Fonts. The plugin is standalone apk that contains a set of files to be added and used by the current app. It is downloaded from the market but works only with the main apps. 5. User can select photo from backgrounds in the app. and can add frames and effects. 6. User can add stickers to photo, scale and rotate the sticker. 7. User can download backgrounds, stickers, frames, effects plug-ins from the market through the app. 8. User can select template that mix predefined backgrounds, font, size, color, shadow, opacity, 9. Add app rating dialog. 10. Add banner ads and interstitial ads. 11. User can save the design or share it. 12. Help screen, about us screen and options screen. General Requirements: * Support for 1 month. * Support all android mobiles and tablets and screen sizes. * I want project source code rights. I will give milestones as follow: Milestone 1 30% after finishing 1,2,3,4,9, 10, 11, 12. Milestone 2 30% after finishing remaining features. Milestone 3 40% after testing the app. I will provide app ui design. But if the developer can do the ui design it will be an advantage. Also I will provide detailed requirements document.
