table view with add to favourites button

Hi I am looking for someone to create a very basic app for me but using swift in Xcode 6, so supported on iOS 7 and 8. It would have two tabs, the first tab has two buttons on it called "A-Z" and "BLENDS". Each button would link to a table with a list that is easily updatable by me.... When a user clicks on something in the list, it will open a view window with some further information about the item in the cell they just clicked. Tables should be searchable with tags that I can add such as "coughs" or "colds" etc. The second tab is a "my favourites" section where a user can click a button from inside the info view of the lists and create their own list for later reference. This table does not have to be searchable. Entire app should run locally, so no internet connection required etc. BONUS: Not required, but VERY useful if you can do the following: All information from the tables in one simple file that I can edit in Xcode that just populates the rest of the app like the below Cell 0: title="some title", description="some description to populate the view window", search tags="cough, cold, congested" Cell 1: title="some title 2", description="some description to populate the view window", search tags="depressed, anxious" Cell 2: title="some title 3", description="some description to populate the view window", search tags="tired, stressed, nervous" etc... Please reply with quotation and timeframe.
