Web browser which can play flash video from websites

Flash Player for the iPhone and iPad is a web browser allowing the user to view websites and any flash (swf) videos from that website. The app converts these flash videos to play. Please read the Job in full. I am ONLY interested in developers that can provide me with a working solution. Only reply if you will work on developing me such an app based on the requirements below: I am willing to pay a company who delivers me a working solution. A working solution means the App plays flash videos (swf) like the app, Photon, [login to view URL] Photon is based on remote browsing and I prefer the App working based on this principle. Another app called Skyfire plays flash video but uses html5 conversion and I do not want the app developed this way as each website requires manual converting. You can develop the app like Photon using remote browsing or another way you see fit, but it needs to be able to convert flash video from the majority of websites...! I must be able to test the app on my device - UDID will be provided - app to be sent as a binary or you can allow me to test the app through an application called Testflight. The demo I test can be a basic web browser, the web browser must view websites in their desktop version and must be able to view and play flash videos in swf format - conversion and speed of playing the videos to be as fast as Photon/skyfire. I understand that this may require a server/cloud server to help with conversion. The app will require certain features and functions which can be introduced after I have tested the demo - - push notifications - UI design will be provided - App design button will be provided - Desktop viewing - browser to view websites in their desktop version - allow user to share url via fb/twitter/email - private browsing - lock rotation - user to contact email support - source code will be supplied - rate app - source code will be supplied - user to share app via fb/twitter/email - source code will be supplied Please note I will NOT fund or release into escrow any money until I test the app to make sure I have been provided a working solution. I have been a member of Elance for a couple of years and have proved that I have paid other developers for previous work done for me. I am tired of paying developers who can not provide a solution and getting ripped-off, so only work on this project if you can provide me with a working solution. If you require any money upfront I do NOT want to work with you. If you reply to this Job and request upfront payment - DO NOT waste my time, I will NOT do it. I will only make payment based upon seeing a working demo. Nothing you say will change my mind, respect that these are my terms. If you request upfront payment I will stop communication with you. I will only pay a fixed amount: - 'x' amount upon delivery of a working app - after I have confirmed the app works. - 'x' amount upon Apple approving the app. Upon payment, source code for the app and any coding for the server to be provided. - $5k bonus payment 30 days after the app has been selling on the app store.
