iPhone and Android Dating application

Hello My Name is Steven, and I'm looking for a developer/writer to develop an Iphone (and eventually Android) application for myself. Below I will give some details about the project. The application is essentially a new type of Dating application, which incorporates various features found in other current dating applications (such as Tinder). These features include, login/signup via connection to Facebook, connecting users within a certain location radius, message based services, and Google Maps meet up points. I would therefore prefer if you have experience in either using these applications, or have done something similar recently. It is important that with this application, you are able to provide both a User Face and also a Public Face where other users can view their profile. User Face: Individuals sign up and login via connection to their Facebook. When setting up their profile, an individual can upload current Facebook pictures, add a About section (limited to a certain number of characters E.g. 100 characters) and Fill out a set compulsory questionnaire with answers about what they like ( I will provide questions). Further, an individual can set preferences on who they are looking for. This includes gender, age and distance from current location. These sections should be able to be edited and updated by the user at any times. From their application, the user can view other users public face/ or profiles. Here they can swipe up ("interested") or swipe down ("not interested") depending on if they would like to talk to and meet the individual. Public Face: Shows information edited by the user. ****** If both users swipe up or are interested in talking, they are notified that they "MATCH". From here they are able to talk via an inbuilt messenger system. However there is a limit to how many messages they can send to each other (for example a maximum of 25 messages each. From this point, they are blocked from messaging each other and are prompted to see if they would like to "Meet Up". If both users are inclined to "meet up" a list of local restaurants will be brought up on Google Maps. Here they can decide a place, time and date.
